Rochester, NY (September 20th, 2016)- The Rochester Rhinos return home on Saturday, September 24th for their last home match of the 2016 Regular Season. The night will honor past Rhinos as the team inducts the 2016 Hall of Fame Class. Inductees include broadcaster Don Stevens, and former Rhino’s players Bill Sedgwick and Michael Kirmse.

The honorees will be inducted during a halftime ceremony of the match.

Don Stevens has been the voice of Rochester sports for decades, and was with the Rhinos from 1996-2009. While with the club Stevens was part of back-to-back regular season championships (2000-2001), three A-League championships in four years (1998, 2000 and 2001) and the 1999 U.S. Open Cup. During his tenure the team played in fourteen consecutive playoff runs. Proving his dedication in 1998, he even covered an Amerks hockey game and the Rhinos’ Championship game on the same day. It will be the Rhinos honor to recognize a local Rochester legend.
